Packages to be delivered within the U.S. are shipped from our U.S. warehouse through USPS.
Packages to be delivered to other countries are shipped from our warehouse in China via ePacket or EMS, depending on the product’s weight and size.
How long does shipping take?

During peak seasons, processing times may increase by 1–2 days.

7. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

8. Incorrect Address
If you entered an incorrect shipping address:

If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we will update it

If the package has shipped, we cannot change the address
Refunds cannot be issued for orders lost due to incorrect addresses.
9. Order Tracking Shows No Movement
Tracking can take up to 5 days to update after an order is shipped.
If tracking hasn’t updated after 7+ days, contact us, and we will investigate.
